Data recovery process
Data recovery process starts the second you realize that you've lost your data. At that point, best thing to do is to consult with someone professional and prevent any additional damage to your data, no matter what kind of damage it is.
To start the process of data recovery, send or bring your medium to our office. If You send your media through some of the courier services, in our customer service page You can fill in the online application for recovery. Before the sending the device, be sure to pack it properly.
Upon receiving your device, we begin the diagnosis. Standard diagnosis lasts up to tree work days and it is free of charge. If You need your data more urgently, we have two options of accelerated recovery which are charged additionally: emergency start and 0-24h service. After completing the diagnosis, we inform You of malfunction type and price of data recovery if it is possible to recover data. If possible, at this point You will be able to check the recovered data on our customer service page (in which You will log in using the job id and job password which we will provide You).
Prices of data recovery doesn't depend on the amount of data on a medium, but only the type of malfunction on it. If a medium has several different malfunctions prices do not add up and only the most complicated malfunction is charged. After the diagnosis is complete, if You agree to the price, we begin to recover the data.
The procedure of data recovery is done with highest confidentiality for all our customers and You can be convinced that your data will be safe. At Your request we can make a contract on confidentiality.
When data recovery is complete, we will need You to provide us another medium to record the recovered data. You can also buy one of the media that we have in our offer.
No data - No pay. In case of unsuccessful data recovery You don't pay us anything. Emergency start and 0-24h services are charged regardless of the results.
Process of data recovery is not finished when you take your recovered data. After the takeover of recovered data, copy of your data is stored on our server for seven more days.
