We try to provide our users with the best service possible. Through our Customer service page you can fill in online application form, monitor the status of your data recovery intervention, or check the recovered data before the takeover. This can be done using the job ID number and job password that are provided on the admission form.

The list of recovered data enables customers to check online folders and files that have been found on corrupted media and that can be saved. In order to check the list of recovered data, the clients needs to log in using their job number ( Job ID ) and password which can be found on a admission form.
